Our room was extremely spacious, bright with central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television, had a VERY LOVELY experience. The bathroom was nice, beds were super. The hotel's position was absolutely perfect, right on the ocean.

Spacious units with well-laid-out interiors and beautiful beach views. The units come with all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and ample storage. The beach attendant sets up the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for you. a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Some areas for improvement include the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival, with greasy glasses and dirty plates. There was also an incident where a prescription medication was found on the floor, indicating a potential lack of thorough cleaning.

Wonderfully helpful staff made our stay perfect. The room was not only updated, but extremely spacious too, and had a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. We liked the view of ocean.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 good days here. The location turned out to be perfect and excellent, near to Amagansett, East Hampton or Montauk, and the beachfront. Appreciated our stay in this place.

Actually, Wi-Fi connection was slow and our bed was not comfortable.

I had 3 nights in Amagansett, spending the time here lovely. The rooms were modern and complete with dishwasher as well as all amenities. Brilliantly helpful and very helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. As for me, the location was unbeatable, close enough to the boardwalk and the beach and East Hampton.

Updated room with great view of the ocean. Magnificent location - short walk to gorgeous beach, Amagansett and the ocean. Also, right on the beachfront.

This hotel has absolutely perfect location right on the beachfront. The bets part that it's just off the beach and the boardwalk when others are around.

The location was unbeatable as for me, right by gorgeous beach and the beachfront. Appreciated the way my apartment was arranged with all amenities, dishwasher. The staff were delightfully helpful, they made me feel welcome.

The rooms are new-fashioned and updated, the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - right on the beachfront with a great view of the ocean. The rooms were amazing, recently upgraded and offering all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The rooms were also well-equipped with a coffeemaker, dishwasher, and basic kitchen items.

The only minor issue at this hotel was the spotty Wi-Fi connection.

Right on the dunes with direct access to the beach. Very chilled & relaxed. Nice spacious living accomodation with daily maid service. Lovely south facing balcony. Easy access off the 'highway' to local sights, shopping and restaurants.

Location on the beach was great. My daughters family also rented a condo at the Hermatage so we had a great family weekend.

The carpets in the condo were filthy, aside from that, there was nothing else we disliked. A lighted sign at the entrance would be a big help.

We loved staying at this hotel, it was close to the beach and had a fantastic ocean view. The apartment was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The balcony was private and perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The staff was friendly and helpful.
